I used to take V & C a while ago.
Stopped taking C back in November, and now I can last long without using anything.
I believe it might have something to do with the HCG I’m taking, but I basically have a condition called varicocele, so I’m taking HCG currently.
I’ve experimented with V at 30mg, 45mg, two 30mg, two 45mg. C is better than V because it has less side effects and it lasts longer.
I used to use V back in 2021 because I would have performance anxiety with new amps. Then I got used to it and was able to get hard without it. Then I took a break around early 2023 for a few months, then when I started going back to amps I had to use V again, but eventually switched to C.
What has always worked for me is V 45mg or more, C at 5mg or 10mg. I basically stopped taking it because I was lasting too long at amps, sometimes doing 2 sessions back to back, and a provider complained about it, but now that I’m on HCG for actual medical reasons, I last as long as before
For volume you can take Tongkat Ali 1,200mg by Dorado Nutrition. I take 2 capsules when I wake up, then 2 about an hour before I arrive at the amp. I also take 2 capsules a day, 3-4 days leading up to my visit.
You can take Selenium, 800mcg the day of, and 200mcg-400mcg leading up to your visit.
There’s also GorillaMind’s Lock & Load Supplement that works, but Tongkat Ali gives more volume and is a cheaper option.
These three options for volume are natural.
All these volume supplements have to be taken a few days before your visit if you’re trying to maximize the volume.
