I know it can be hit or miss with these chinese herbs, I just wish I could find a reliable and cheap alternative.

If you are over 50, I recommend taking a multi vitamin meant for mature(Costco or Centrum). The blend of whats in there, is tuned for you. I like to eat one, when I know I want a boost. Of course, taking care of yourself with diet, exercise, rest and keeping stress under control, is first and foremost.

I don’t purposefully drink alcohol before a session, but after a night of drinking, I’ll often find a late night last minute session.

Where do you go for late night sessions? Most Korean places seem to close early, unlike the old days when they would be open until 3-4am

FYI, if you’re taking viagra or similar you should probably take 2 Advil to prevent headaches. Also, I know some of you guys are trying to go to pound town for the full hour. But, most women civil or pro don’t really like being tenderized like a rump roast. The girls general know when guys are taking supplements and they do remember to avoid them in the future or just provide subpar times in the future. It’s up to you what you prefer but just forewarning based on what I know from the girls directly. Up to you in the end. This isn’t to say that they don’t like viagra or whatever. Viagra doesn’t make you have sex longer. You cum the same as before without having to worry about your inability to perform. But, Roman is intended for min men. If you’re normal then it’s desensitizing you to last longer.

I would stay off the drugs. I remember buying one yohimbe I think it was called from gnc. Made me super erect first 2 times. I got addicted to it and I would come out with an accelerated heart beat. I kept using for a half a year (very selected times of course), and it gave me bad effects. I would wake up out of no where from my sleep every 10 mins confused and scared. Panic attacks plus having this cloudy state of mind. I felt very dumb. It took me 2 years to feel normal again. Buyer beware, of course it is different for everyone.
