Appreciate the chance to give some suggestions and feedback - big fan generally and am super disappointed when Dony misses because I rely on your rep.
Personally, on listings I would prefer age always and less ambiguous pics. Specifically for Karina, I'm intrigued but those are not the pics Dony usually provides ... that's who we were referring to as only silhouettes and no face. Understand the future citizenship concerns, but maybe customers who've been to dony at least 10 times could see face pics of Karina that way you know that they're serious about booking if they like her and have incentive not to share pics online and lose the chance to visit.
As to Honey, I'm not a fan of excessive tats. So her new pics, I would 100% book but having seen the first set of pics with less makeup and more tats might likely be a little disappointed upon arrival.
As to preference, none on race - I was huuge fan of Carmen, despite HS. Jaz too. Luna also despite restrictions. Maya was ok look not great service. Alina terrific service but not look I desire from Dony (pun intended). Roxy and Victoria terrible - ptsd from that. I've probably tried more. But I like young, tall, thin, flat stomach, small frame, cute or pretty face, nice shaped ass (doesnt have to be large), not having previously given birth.
Some of the girls who almost started recently I thought looked great and got excited about like Jenny. Did not like the Angeline first set of pics but feel like I missed out after second set of pics. I give a lot of business to amps because they do lineups which is not feasible for dony but also you can walk away at an amp. Idk if I could have walked out on Victoria or Roxy without being penalized.

30 is considered "old"?! I'm not an ageist. I'm about a quality experience and provider.
What your company has provided for years, even decades at this point, is quality, safety and assurance. Back in the day, when you would meet some indie provider, you would always have to be weary. That is taken away at dony's. That was the main thing. Safety.
They don't have to be "100% white". What fun would that be. I'm for any race, religion, color, etc.
I think stuff is getting twisted/misconstrued. I have no doubt you're trying your best to retain the same quality and experience, but it seems like as you said, for the price point these days, it's just not happening.
The other side of that is, if the starting rate is $450, and really $500 now for most women, even new to the roster, for another $100. or $200, there's Tryst and other sites. I get you both have to take into account the split for each session and the hotel cost, I mean I wouldn't be averse to higher rates if that means bringing in some new talent up to dony standards. I get that may screw up the exisiting talent and their rates and clients, so it's a lot to balance.
When you reach out to prospective providers, what are they expecting, and I'm guessing if it's too high to have 'em on the roster, they just go indie anyway.
Asian American women are always nice, Indian, etc. All colors of the rainbow. But I guess nowadays it's even harder. (That's what she said.)

Not sure how tipping goes, if that's also brought up to potential new providers, how much that actually would affect their take, if there was a tip automatically added, but that would basically just be the same as raising rates, which for me would be ok if it meant more variety of providers.
As it is now it seems $500 providers went to 6, 6 went to 7, 7 to 8 and 8 to 1K or higher.
There's gotta be a middle ground. I was going to say non-refundable deposits so a provider can know how many clients they're guaranteed, etc. But I know that leaves a trail and also, I don't think clients not showing up is the issue.

Saw Gigi a few years ago when she went indie. 600/hr, I had read some reviews of her twerking and seen/purchased some of her videos so I expected some fire.
Probably one of the worst sessions ever and I still kick myself for spending the 600 on her. She didn't wanna do shit and her boyfriend had beat the shit out of her so her jaw was fucked up and couldn't suck dick. If she had at least been up front about that or offered a discount.
