I was nervous before I went to DR a few years ago and once I got on the ground realized it was for nothing. A lot of the locals use Badoo and I had 100+ matches on Tinder the first day I landed, but just walking around I felt like a piece of meat with cash taped to it.
I spent my first 2 days at Blackbeards in Costombar near Puerto Plata, but after the second day when the chicas started hunting me in packs because I couldn't say no to 3somes I had to check out early. I flew into SD and took the bus to Puerto Plata. It was like 425 pesos. If you're timid you may not want to take the bus, but even tho I was the only white dude on there nobody even acknowledged me other than some old ladies that gave a friendly smile here and there.

Email the resort and they will give you a link to their hidden menu web page. When I was there 3 years ago it was $42/hr (2500 pesos on my trip) per chica. Some chicas were pretty much 1 pop, and others would let you go as many times as you wanted. I only speak enough spanish to start a fight, so I'd make them leave as soon as I nutted. BB's is fixed price and trying to negotiate will probably get you blacklisted or booted. He had come home from NYC for covid and was stuck there, spoke perfect English.
