I have about 5 numbers that I originally got from adds on AdultSearch/AdultLook. At this point, I don't bother looking at the adds, I usually just text two or three of the numbers and go with whoever answers first. Does it make sense to stick with only one of the numbers? I assume each number is a different PO.

Depends on the org. LA mongers will tell you the system is PO based down there and it seems to work okay, causing higher overall rates, but more sales and advertising. I prefer the org based system up here.

But on those sites you mention, it's c-org bullshit so doesn't really matter, it's low quality service regardless. I'm happy if they don't sell my phone number and spam me. The double booking and unreliable stuff may go down if you find a good one though.
