Been using this for years. In fact they started texting my burn phone the other day with new girls. One I actually talk to said she had my number from 2 years ago! There are a few ways this works. They rent 2 rooms a few doors away. They stay in that room and one schedules from there. All can usually see the elevator. So they use the other room for activities. The other more common is that the one scheduling is in NY or elsewhere and the girl in the single room takes appointments set up by the outside girl. Seen it both ways. Pretty common. In KofP the latest is the round Radison hotel not the casino hotel. Casino hotel has more cameras. They stay a week to 10 days usually. Keep in mind it's NEVER the girl they send a picture of. But usually the girl is passable. If you ever go and see the cleaning cart - grab a few towels and whatever else to take to the room. The girl will kie it and so will you as the stuff is reused mostly.

In terms of the fake pics its a scam - the same scam that 200 other providers use daily. However, there is a decent looking asian woman in the room waiting for you. It is in no way the girl in the photo. But certainly do-able. You are free to work your charm and negotiate whatever you can muster. Baseline expect CFS with a certain level of enthusiasm. Do not go in with hopes to high and you will be pleased for the price point.
This or a similar crew also utilize Fort Washington hotels. I am 4 for 4 on the doable scale. Never were they the girl in the pic but none of the actual girls were a deterrent. If their English is passable they will tell you a lot of stories. Last lady is a nail salon employee in another city, comes into town for about 10 days. Her face was an 7, body 8.5, personality a 10.
