For a total stranger to hack your gmail it's a bit difficult but someone that lives with you has physical access to a computer you use with that gmail can hack your password so many ways it's comical. 1.
http://www.keelog.com/ USB Keystroke recorder (these have been out since I was a kid, I bought one back in the 90's. 2. If you use a common keyboard someone could just take down the model number and a sound recording of you typing then pay someone to figure out your keystrokes. 3. Even a totally computer illiterate pc person can pay a random hacker on upwork.com to hack your home router and capture all of your passwords via MITM, etc. I mention these as it should never be so easy that an unlocked phone/email account will spill the beans. Hence it would likely be better to use a burner phone app that you install/uninstall at hobby times. In another phone!!!!
