I think it really depends on your age. I’m late 40’s so I save it up a couple days if possible because it just makes it more intense. At my age I’m generally a one shot guy and take my time and really enjoy it. I have the endurance to fuck the girl and deliver the goods when I’m ready or when I can tell the girl has had enough and it’s time to call it. Of course some girls can squeeze two out of me or make me finish quicker depending on their skill levels.
Whe I was in my 20’s I just didn’t have the power to control it like I do now.
