Do you guys care to use aliases or do some of you not find it a big deal to give your real names?

Don't give them your full name, but I find it tedious to use an alias.

Maybe it would make sense if you need to adopt a persona for certain things like BDSM -- you could have one name when you are the sub, one where you are the dominant one, etc. But that's not for me.
