Did I almost walk into a trap or was I being paranoid?

She then texts me that she thinks she saw me to which I respond yeah, you did, meaning she was the girl that I saw who walked past me.

So I’m waiting in the cold freezing my ass off and I walk a few feet away to sit a little further from the building just so I can have a better view of my surroundings just in case something crazy happens. From the time she walked past about 15 minutes passed and she tells me that she’s walking back and then 3 minutes later she tells me the room number and to come upstairs.

Now maybe she did walk back into the building and I didn’t see her but I’m pretty confident she never walked back into that building. Either way I go into the building, press the number to go up and get in the elevator but I walked out and just left the building. I had a terrible feeling about this entire situation and I didn’t want to risk getting robber or walking into a room full of police.

One thing I noticed that when I text her initially I got no prices or anything, just the address immediately. Maybe, that’s the norm? This is probably the fifth time I’ve done this and everyone lists their price in the texts. Another thing is that one of the comments on the ad said that there was a “surprise” lol. I don’t know what the surprise was but I’m glad I didn’t find out.

Pros & cons of going in against your gut

You did the right thing. Always best to go with your gut. When dealing with ads similar to the one you posted though you have to remember that the point of contact is almost never the actual provider.

In my experience it seems like there is always a central scheduler/booker/mamasan or whatever you want to call it that fields all the texts and manages traffic for the provider or providers. That person communicates with the customer as well as with the provider to find out if they're ready, when they'll be ready etc. and tries to keep everything running smoothly. The reason she wanted you to let her know when you were on your way is because they operate on volume and the flight traffic controller is trying to determine if she could safely get another customer in before you. The "stepped out to buy rice, give me five more minutes" ploy actually translates to "sorry, I jammed in another customer who got here first into your time slot right before you arrived, can you please wait until he's done". The person you saw leave the building was likely the scheduler/mamasan who is in contact with the provider and gave you the all clear once the provider was finished with the prior customer.

To be clear I've never dealt with that ad specifically but I've dealt with ones that look and seem similar. It's always a complete toss up. Some absolute wastes of time and some real hidden gems.

Since I'm stuck in Midwest Sugarbaby land filled with potential heroin and meth addicts, I always use hotels when I drive up to a few hours for a meet on the weekend. I pick places where I can either watch the person park outside my window, or It only has one parking entrance so I can stand outside and smoke and watch them arrive. I never unpack my bag until I see who shows up. If I see other people in the car I text the a fake room number and bounce. I make it the top floor and make sure it is a number that does not exist. For example, if the hotel has 6 floors and the highest number on the floor is room 689. I tell them my room is 695 so they are in the elevator and wandering the furthest end of the hallway. The pandemic has made it easier for me to not even pay for the room. I just tell the desk that I just got a text that whoever close to me tested positive for COVID and have to leave, check the room and let me know if I need to pay anything. Then jump back on the interstate. Only had to use that trick once back in May.

The girl that passed all my verification steps texted me that her car broke down and wanted to meet at a crack head hotel brand closer to where her car was being towed. She refused Uber. I decided to see what happens since I drove three hours so I sent a text of the money waiting for her. Needless to say, she shows up in a beat up car with 3 white trash looking dudes. That is why it is always best to be the host. I ain't walking into no hotel unless it is thru an agency. Sugarbabes and website ads are always ME hosting in a place I have knowledge of. Def Different than going thru the burroghs. But be aware of your surroundings is the most important part. Never hurts to do some recon and know where you are going. I would ask them to open the closets and bathroom door before entering. That prob wouldn't work in your area. Different area for you guys. I wouldn't do anything if I wasn't the host. lol. The funny part is I don't even travel with my gun across state lines. I just wanted them to wait in the parking lot for me for an hour until the hotel security probably called the cops on them for loitering. haha. By then I'm a quarter of the way home. Smart man. You just never know and you HAVE TO always go with your gut. I've been robbed once before in the Bronx in a similar scenario. So much about it didn't feel right but I let the lower brain guide me into trouble. If anything feels off, just walk away and find a situation that you feel more secure with. They have different girls in different rooms and when you get there they send you to any room. They are not the girls in the pics but I have always gotten an attractive girl. However the service can be good or mechanical depending on the girl YMMV. Since they have multiple girls I always tell them to send me to the room of the girl with the biggest tits. I should probably share this story with you guys as well so you’re street savvy on meeting indy’s. About 3 years ago I found what I though was a hot Latina indy on BP.
