I couldn't find any thread specific to this. Is there anyone here that used the “ day use app” for hotels to book for 2-4 hours for outcall indies. If anyone has can you recommend any in manhattan. Do they allow guests to just walk in no questions asked? I know they accept cash as payment which is nice. Any info would be helpful

I am aware of day use hotels in Queens and Brooklyn, but I haven't found any in Manhattan. I've also tried searching on several websites for hourly hotels near date spots, but none were satisfactory.

During the COVID penedenic many hotels were offering short stays because they just did not have any other business .
As hotels are now booked they not offering what they did in the recent past. Many hotel web sites may let you book but upon arrival they will not honor the booking.
Suggest you stop at a hotel you are interested in and inquire before hand

It’s a great last minute option. You don’t get many options on the type of room you want. For example, suites aren’t typically offered. Each hotel kind of gives you what they offer, at certain time blocks, for a discount.
Beggars can’t be choosers is the mentality with Day Use.
What I enjoy most about it is that you’re not charged until you actually arrive. Cancellation is also not charged, if I’m not mistaken. The only issue I came across is that the room typically takes 15-20 minutes to become available after check in.

And what is the general guest policy? Can a girl just come in and tell them the room number or nobody really cares?

I typically feel nobody cares. However, hotels now have elevators that can only be used by guests with a keycard or QR Code on the phone app. So if you’re meeting someone I would advise you to meet them in the lobby, by the elevators, or outside the hotel and bring them in with you because some security personnel tend to be more aggressive than others. And from I’m told, working girls are typically harassed in the bar and dining areas of these hotels as well.

I mean i wouldn't be in the dinning or bar area any. I plan to go straight upstairs to my room which shouldn't be a problem. All of this is a bit of a hassle but this almost certainly guarantees they are not LE.

I used DayUse extensively for outcalls for pros and SB's. It's great and I have no issues....take a look at my discussion about being propositioned by one of the hotel managers that I frequent for DayUse...lol. Funny story!!! If concerned about security, you can always call ahead to the hotel to see if they need a key card to access the elevator. If they do, meet the girl in the lobby and take her up. Personally, I tell them to wait near the elevator bank and jump on when I come down....so I never come out of the elevator...mostly.

@bertie123 Oh man, I remember going to this place once when I first started in this industry. I met a girl and we had to wait in the lobby for an hour for room. The place was packed inside and outside with couples ready to fuck like they were waiting for a table at a restaurant. I was so uncomfortable...never went back again. Live an learn....lol.

I use Dayuse frequently, mostly in Manhattan- midtown and all the way downtown. Never had any issues, always great service. None of my providers was asked for anything by the front desk, I guess its assumed they are just staying there as other guests are. Worse come to worse, hotel stuff will think you are having an affair lol
Some hotels have key card elevators, so in those cases I go to meet her in the lobby to bring her up. Otherwise, no issues at all

I just went on that site. They actually have some nice hotels that do day use. I wonder if there is any in queens, I didn't get a chance to really go through everything on there

I used it a few times to meet up with girls. It was fine. The check-in and check out process will be the same as it is for any client if the hotel.

Just FYI, they don't have any hotels of their own, they just get you a room for a partial day at a hotel that is already operating.

The place that I stayed at had an elevator that was operated by keyboard. I had to go downstairs and pick up my ho, as she couldn't get up without a keycard. Once we met up, I gave her a spare card and she was able to come and go

Some of you are making this sound more complicated than it is. 1) You reserve on dayuse.com, 2) when checking in at the front desk you say "it's dayuse" and 3) from there it's like any other hotel checkin. You provide ID, a card for them to charge security, and they give you the key cards. At that point it's no different than if you booked for the night. Guests come and go, and so can you and your girl.

Dayuse has an option to prepay and to create an account, I've never done either.

One thing I do, like Perfecto, I ride the elevator down and when it hits "L", I have them jump right on, because a lot of these hotels have only 2 elevators for many floors and the staff - housekeeping, maintenance , etc. - often have to commandeer one of them, and they start to run like the L train at 8:45 AM.

I've yet to stay in a fleabag place, these are all mostly Hilton/Marriot/etc..

i only went out after midnight so i never had a crowd problem. it was a time when the gals were working in the 30s>low 40s and 11th.
they switched to hi20s and 10th

before that they were working midtown20's/park and there was a hotel on 26th i think

those were the days. there was a cabbie or private, i think private who i made friends with. he drove me around to all the spots

That Curry Hill stroll was something else. There was a deli, or McDonalds I forget, on Lex. I didn't even know the the stroll was there. I was pretty young and thought I was hot shit b/c a hot babe was hitting me up in the store. Then she mentioned she had a price. I started to think with little head, I asked how? where? and she mentioned a hotel on 34th with hourly rates. I didn't know that was there either. In the end I just barely extricated myself from the situation and got out of there. She was hot, but I didn't really need her services.

Boner is spot on. Dayuse is a great site to find a room in a decent to high caliber hotel, for 3-6 hours. Options are plentiful during the weekday, daytime hours.
