It all depends on your marital status and hers as well. If you’re both involved, not good idea to head out to public place. It’s a small world out there. Perhaps a decent 4 star hotel with indoor pool or spa, dining. If you insist on going out, make sure your far away from your danger zone.. And assure it’s late at night. ( get your alibis in order)
When the warm weather returns, try Sandy Hook State Park -> Gunnison Beach. Nude Beach by the lighthouse. Decent restaurants in area (with outdoor seating if indoor Covid restrictions are still in play). Or take a nice long ride down to Cape May. Some nice shops and restaurants and good BnB places to reserve for an overnighter. I'd avoid AC. The Asian genes are 80% devoted to gambling and that becomes expensive and nervewracking.

If you're trying to establish trust, then take her out like you would a normal girl.
If you're trying to spoil her, go shop and then have a nice dinner, maybe get some at the end as well.
