There’s a couple spots in Philly where they are regular. 1 place, last I saw in the Philly board, it’s 100% black providers but prices are elevated and you need to know how to act on the street outside — meaning don’t act like a tourist and act like you belong there without being a male-Karen. Check that board you may find what you’re interested in.
