Costa Rica vs. Dominican Republic vs. Colombia? (Or all three?)

Colombian here!
Don’t know much about the other countries you want to visit, but I can give you good advice for Colombia.
The woman you are going to see there are amazing, the type you are looking for is very abundant although you can find any type in there. Now, this really depend on what city you want to go, and I would recommend for you to choose btwn Bogota or Medellin.
-Bogota: you can find woman from all places of the country in there, so you can choose your preferences. Will not recommend at all to go out to the streets and find someone (we do have an area that you can find girls on the streets) but you will not find much quality in there. You can go to different brothels in the city and will give you good service for the money but I would highly recommend to check mileroticos.com. Usually independent girls will post ads in there! There is tons of girls and prices vary highly! Colombian currency it’s amazing for a dollar you get 4500 pesos and a high end girl can cost you around 250000 pesos so around $60 American. Do not go big balling bc they will def take advantage of it, just set a price and do it for it. Let me know if you have more questions

But if you're unconscious from drugs or otherwise harmed and her id is in the safe, she's going to be in a world of hurt.
When I was in Manila in a nice, solid upscale hotel (that allowed guests) and brought a different girl in every night (sometimes 2 a day), the security at the door (metal detector) and the female desk staff just gave me a wry smile. I could care less if they knew what I was up to. As long as I paid my hotel bill they were happy. I doubt if I checked back in a month later they would even recognize me.

For my first Colombia trip in mid-Oct (3 weeks), I am planning on staying in Medellin and Cartagena.
Questions:
* In Medellin I am planning to stay at Medellin Plaza/"Hotel M" (TBC they could be full). I've heard I don't have to even leave the hotel, the women come there. But I have no idea where to stay in Cartagena - any advice?
* Any advice for pay for play (P4P) in Cartagena? Does mileroticos.com work for Cartagena? Any good brothels, etc?
* What's the best way to travel Medellin <--> Cartagena? Plane/Bus/Driver?
* Any advice re: safety?
* My Spanish is very limited. I've just bought an offline translators, so i won't need the internet to translate English <--> Spanish. I don't know how good it is yet. I'll also have ear buds that do Spanish - English translation, so I can hopefully have one way translation of the conversation around me when I'm walking around. Any other advice for a gringo in Colombia who doesn't speak Spanish? Besides "Learn Spanish" of course - which I'm working on.

I'd be curious from anyone in the know whether this government advice is an exaggeration or not. I'm still going anyway!
I've even read in another forum that some women spike their nipples - not sure if that's true. Or that some girls have "associates" so that, even after she's left your room, they could target the room for theft later depending on what she scoped out. One YouTube video said never take a girl back to where you stay. I'd say that might be more appropriate for say an Airbnb or private apartment rather than a hotel with security.
Still, at a minimum I want a pic of the girl - she can be clothed, naked is better for trip reports ;-) - if nothing else for future memories. But also for security. I suppose if the hotel has noted her ID info I don't need to be bothered taking a photo. If they didn't then I'd want to get a photo of her ID.
Don’t know about the girls going there but it’s a nice area! So you should be fine there. In Cartagena look for hotels at Ciudad Amurallada, you will see tons of girls in there (usually you see a grin go with 3 girls in each arm) so that should be the best place to stay

When you arrive at any of these countries and grab a cab, all of these drivers will ask you, “Are you visiting for the first time?” Even if it’s your first time, just tell them that you have visited several times. That way, they cannot overcharge you.
Also, in the DR, when you go to a casa, if you’re taking a cab, then make sure you get off two blocks away. Do NOT give the cab driver the impression that you’re going to a casa. Make sure you see him drive away and then walk over.

I’d do Medellin Hotel M for sure. If you stay at Cocal stay on the beach side. Pool side was loud until 2-3 am on my trips. I started renting a condo that sits facing the pool and beach. DR has Oxygen which has become more upscale over the years since I first went. Senses still has the Russians and odd Kazakh but no Brazilians like the Viking days.
