As for the Chinese AMP’s back in January, I never felt that was a larget threat because the providers have been here for some time and most of the people I saw lived either on campus or close by. Yes, they might have come across with people who arrived from China but their exposure is fairly limited working 11 hours a day 7 days a week.
When things do open up, I think many of the providers were stranded here and since the worker migration isn’t moving, I think they will initially open up but try not to draw attention to themselves. Many Chinese workers think we blame them for the virus and are very careful about they are perceived. That’s why many Chinese Restaurants closed in NJ during a time where they can make bank on take out or delivery.
