Do you wear Cock Ring before the session? Or, have you ever worn one either with a SW or with your SO and how *effective* is it in maintaining your erection?

Very effective for maintaining erection and delaying orgasm but be cautious with which kind you choose. Cock rings of metal can cause bruising and in rare cases priapism. There is one poor bastard mentioned in the Darwin awards who had a titanium cock ring that got stuck and doctors were unable to cut it off so he lost his pens.

Use a cock ring made of neoprene or soft plastic or an adjustable with a quick release feature and always keep wire cutters or a nail clipper handy just in case of emergency.

The doctors can’t deflate the penis, drawing the blood out may solve the problem instead of cutting it. Just my opinion and I’m not a MD. LOL

I love hearing these stories. Titanium is just the same as cutting Stainless Steel. It's just lighter for the same amount of material. Unless the facility don't have equipment to cut stainless steel, then it was a bad call on the doctors.

If the hospital can't cut the ring off maybe the fire department can... lol. Not an MD either, but according to one I know that was covering an ER and had a similar problem with a patient (made worse by an excessive amount of Viagra having been ingested) the treatment was use of large syringe and needle to draw out blood, cold packs, and a certain amount of embarrassment. That the doctor is female was not a factor as in this instance the patient was gay.

Darwin awards are credible awards that have been followed up on and confirmed by independent people ? or just internet spaghetti that people throw
against a wall to see if it sticks and make jokes about?

Generally creditable. However, as someone that knows a thing or two about titanium and it's properties and various compositions, this one struck me as not true: https://darwinawards.com/darwin/darwin2014-05.html

If the cutter couldn't make a scratch, then most likely the ring was a carbide alloy of titanium. Makes them harder, but more brittle. A sharp blow with a hammer should have fractured it.
