But she is nuts! I was there once, she insisted I was “Steve” who ran out without tipping the week before. Would not believe that I was not that guy

I suppose it’s easy to confuse customers. It’s sad that some treat them that way. Eva is generally awesome to everyone.

I have heard of several cases where the provider was stiffed, not only of the tip, but of the house fee as well, when the customer ran out at the end of the massage to retrieve his wallet that he “left in the car”.

Unfortunate happening for you, but I can see why she would be upset.
