It was a phone issue with Joann. They fixed the issue now so hopefully it won’t change again.

That's good. I was worried that Ceroni was having to switch POs which would be unfortunate because Joann is awesome.

Joann had phone issues with all her other clients also. I think it’s all been updated recently.

Does TER automatically update to match the website as well? It's still showing 669 222 3118. Guess I have to constantly look at the website now to know the newest number.

TER doesn't update profiles automatically. They might have some script that checks that profile links doesn't return 404, but all the profile information doesnt change iirc. Including things such as damages and age range etc. You have providers from a decade ago with info that is 15 years too stale lol
