I know you're not on the Cape any longer but thought a reply might keep this going. I've been to Serenity and had a good experience. Don't recall names sorry but there were two girl working. One older and thin, very nice and a younger girl who was very cute. I ended up with both for a 4 hands deal. They had great attitudes and were fun. There isn't a table shower which sucks but I think it's to do with code in MA not sure.
AFAIK it's pretty much the only place on the cape. There was another listed in Falmouth I believe but it seemed closed.
If anyone has more info on Cape Cod locations I'd love to hear about them.
