Providers are generally open to everyone. But thier ideal client is one who can give them money regularly lol. Little things like being married help because married men are more inclined to keep things discrete. Speaking a little spanish and in this case portuguese can help, but I wouldnt be surprised if BSC girls prefer non-brazilian men. Its a small world and many women want to keep thier work and personal life seperate.
