That shit is terrible.(peanut butter) never had pecan. Love Bourbon.
Read about Pappy Van winkle which is mad expensive. Any members have had it ? It’s crazy with the amount of micro bourbons that are available as opposed to the big boys Makers Woodford Bulliet etc
Had it once at Marriott Griffon Gate in Lexington, its made a buffalo trace, TBH, my ATF small batch is 1792 though jim beam has some very good small batch too. I recommend a bourbon tour, I love going to Kentucky.

Had Pappy's 23 back in 2008 when it was $200 a bottle. Now you can't even get a pour for $200. Its amazing btw

Bought 5 bottles of Pappy 23 year old for $250 each back in 2010. Didn’t really appreciate it then but wish I had it now. Have a bottle of Elijah Craig single barrel 18 yo bottled in early 90s for sale. Was my go to but hard to find now.

Visited a friend out in Livingston, MT back in 2015. He opened up a bottle Elmer T. Lee, a single barrel Bourbon from Buffalo Trace, named in honor of their master distiller. For me it was love at first taste. On my way back to PA, I stopped at the Livingston state store and bought all 6 of their remaining bottles. Now you’re lucky if you can find it, and if you do, you’ll pay hundreds for a bottle. I’ve had to console myself with Makers.

I've recently put Glenlivet Nadurra on my favorite budget whiskey, above Lagavulin 16 which has become much more expensive and harder to find
Glenfiddich 21 is pretty good for the next tier up, and also the bottle I'm currently working on
I picked up both the Glenlivet Gran Cru and Glenmorangie Signet at a duty free shop recently and can't wait to crack them open

Two REALLY good Japanese wiskey, first time adding photos and I messed up.
wow, before I dole out that much for the Yamakazi I'm going to have to go back that hotel and try it first! It was $100 a glass there. I assume you recommend it though?

Looks like there is a liquor store in Edgewater, NJ that sells it $999.99, a very good excuse to go there and visit some other places too! ;)

The Japanese whiskey prices have been going nuts
At this point, it's a collector's whiskey lol
