I find that if a given pharmaceutical or herbal supplement works, it has lingering benefits for the next 2 or 3 days. The pharmaceutical options seem to have a good clinical effect the day I take them. The herbal supplements need pre-dosing the day before and then hours before for max benefit.
They all work better when I’m fit and working out… especially core muscles, legs, and cardio.
If I’m in a drinking binge, nothing works as well.
My most common side effect is excess stomach acid production.
Other people have their own common side effects, like headache.
Personally, I’m glad to have the options.
It may be good to try them out on days you don’t plan to have sex, so you can see how well your supplement choices work and what doses are best.
