Police don’t get paid shit, at least in many states. Someone I know who was average, no college degree, a sergeant, was making $145,000. That was his base salary and does not include overtime.
Up here in the North East the PDs get good money for sure. Suffolk PD average salary was 150k back around 2000, not sure what it is now but that number was astronomical back then. Today, with overtime, someone new to NYPD can make over 100k. I know many that were making over 120k after a few years on the force, so it definitely happens.

In other parts of the country I know the pay can be shit. To the point where departments have to recruit from out of state because no one from the area would seriously entertain the job. They'll even take people with priors so long as It's nothing too egregious and many have lowered the bar on drug tests.

He really leveraged his hobbying to a whole new level. Hope he writes a book. To manage 12 spas is an amazing management feat. The drama with managing one spa is more than most can handle. And the amount of cash ! Wonder over what time period that amount was collected. If the owners made that much, how much did the providers make?

Prostitution is mostly a victimless crime in the USA. So LEO takes it on themselves to redefine the truth, so that the good citizens can see how wonderful they are to be putting these sex trafficking, oppressors of women away.

meanwhile up here, the case of the owner I know who was arrested 4-5 years ago is still not in trial and all the money the police confiscated is still in their hands (or pockets). If I lived in Tampa, I’d be watching for which cop upgraded his car early next year.
Cops in Tampa make very good money for the area , So it would be easy to hide money

Yeah I’m not too familiar with other states, mostly NY and NJ. And what are they actually getting after taxes. But regardless, if an opportunity comes up, most of them and most of us in that position are taking it, that’s my main point

As best as I can tell from local reports, Tampa, Myrtle Beach, and Wilmington are “no go” zones for a massage.

Great weather down here, but a man can’t get a massage.:D
Can someone message me any recommended forums to read up on where to go or who to see while in FL. I've been going down for years and honestly I find it difficult to partake
Tampa always seemed like more of a stripper town to me.
Wasn't it like the strip club capital of the US. Most dense concentration for the population or something. I've been told there is great take out to be had from the clubs, I'm not referring to food.

Winters aren’t the only thing. I would add taxes to that list.
I don't know. I mean I found that the drop in overall wages completely negated the effect of taxes, at least for the jobs I was after. Not to mention some added costs that aren't in some parts of NY/NJ. Like the absolute need for a car, or things like private sanitation that is paid for in taxes up here. However, no one can't put a price on the amount of space you get to yourself and peace that comes with it. That's the real benefit to me. There is space a plenty and you don't feel like you living outside of society somewhere. That's priceless.

My favorite was a 5 foot 2 model who was getting paid 145k to write parking tickets in Long Island - sorry, that's not getting paid crap NOR putting your life on the line.
