Theres 3 of those spots last time I went out there was 1.5 yrs ago. Before that 4 yrs ago.

Long island needs a section. Overall over priced though, that strip. I had 2 girls from there or maybe 3.last one being 5+yrs ago. Last time I went ALL overpriced or not attractive.

Wonder if cop was Asian or Latina?? Said he approached her that right there is just bad on Roosevelt nah dude.
Yeah, with West Bab, you're not really paying for quality. You're paying for the decreased chance of arrest and humiliation. Funny thing is that one of those places is actually an undercover gay place. Didn't know that the first time....I wondered why all these guys were milling about, going in an out of the rooms so I went in and I was like 'OH SHIT' in my head. I was back in my car about 40 seconds later. HA

With the guy who got busted, I can only assume she was a Latina. Not that many Asian women on the force. Either way, it's royally fucked up. Poor dude.

Do you guys consider spas to carry less risk than visiting a reviewed provider at a hotel? Assuming a location of NYC/Queens in each case. I've never done the latter so am curious.
Depends a lot on how well reviewed she is (how many reviews, on what site, and what they say), and whose hotel, hers or yours.

My preference for several reasons, including safety, is a well established, well reviewed lady at my hotel.

Others here will likely have different opinions.

But again, anything on the street is too open and will draw LE attention. Spas are the best!
The problem in that area is that the girls are on the street soliciting massages. Some just stand around just looking waiting for the approach. Sometimes it's harder to tell if they are working an establishment or potential LE.

I got caught like this back in 2009 or 2010 on Roosevelt. Was not even looking to see the women, was just talking to her on way home from a martial arts class. They had a van full of suckers too. Do not talk to strangers in the streets fellas! By the grace of god I was able to concoct a bullshit story for arrest to wife that had nothing to do with this.

That doesn't sound right. If you didn't explicitly solicit it will be thrown out.

When they run these stings is it usually only 1 girl standing on a corner? Is it safer if the girl ask you first for a massage? Can a cop arrest you if they ask you for a massage first and then you negotiate?

In the course of a conversation with one of these ladies that will come up naturally even if you are not interested in doing anything as I was. Everything gets dropped down to the mysterious disorderly conduct charge so nobody is going to trial--you just want it to go away.

The devil is always in the details. It's not illegal to solicit for a massage, so it doesn't matter who starts the conversation. It's safe as long as the conversation remains about a massage. Once the conversation is about any type of sexual activity, even asking "how much" will be enough to get you arrested.

I don't understand this...

That would be entrapment. Who started the conversation, you or her?

If you were able to negotiate it usually means they were in the wrong and didn't follow proper protocol.

With the right Jewish lawyer you could get that thrown out entirely.

Right. Because a gentile lawyer couldn't be savy or connected enough to do the job.

I think you are jumping to conclusions here. Without knowing the exact conversation, and I doubt we ever will unless the member decides to add more details, the fact he didn't contest the charge makes me think it was a good collar. It's possible to negotiate while not interested, either out of habit or simple curiosity (for the next time).

Even if you're guilty as sin and caught dead to rights, never ever accept charges without contesting or negotiating

No arguing it's good policy to plead Not Guilty and put the responsibility on the DA to prove you guilty. But in this case, it already happened so it's a moot point.
