Em Quyen is the only one I know of that still does nudity. That being said, the girls aren't hot at all. Imo go there for the coffee not the girls.

Unless M Cafe changed, they're more of a sports bar and only open at night. When they open theres select nights where its basically a strip club. The rest I believe its just Vietnamese people drinking and karaoke.

Try Nguyen espresso...full nude T&A&V. Gets kind of crowded and who knows, they might be down for p for p if you ask. I would have asked but I never got their full attention. Those benefits might be reserved for the regulars or maybe I just looked too young but they do look down. Yes, you can touch too. Lots of construction dudes that look like they just crossed the border are there at around 3 or 4. The girls are friendly the coffee is strong and you don't have to tip to grab a tit or ass but I do.
