Best Spa/Overall Atmosphere with HE?

I know this isn't usually what people go for but I'm a sucker for places with a really good atmosphere for a HE.

I think back to an amazing bath house in Rome I went to where they had a really nice private spa and you got a massage with a HE during your session. I know that might be a once in a lifetime find so I'm just on the quest to find something close. If it's anywhere it's gonna be in NYC. (Although I don't mind NNJ either)

An actually good massage would be amazing too but I won't get my hopes up.

I guess I can't be concerned about price, but FS isn't my thing. I guess that might make this even harder?

I am not aware of anything like this. West Garden and NY Health Spa have a sauna and steam room for use during your visit. West Garden is probably the nicer, definitely the bigger location. They are both very clean though. WG is $100 House, NYH is $90. I prefer NYH.
