I suffer from lower back pain and just wondering who you guys think has the best massage in Middletown and surrounding areas. Location and provider?

I usually don't go to only legit spots but went to Spa Paradise awhile ago. They shut down once. Looks open with good reviews on Yahoo. Nice Day Spa and Wellness Spa are also legit and should have LMP.

Some R&T offer good massages too so read the reviews for those. Good luck!

I frequently go to Gold Leaf Foot Spa in Newburgh for legit massage - if you consider Newburgh an adjacent area - I can highly recommend them.
Lucy is the best masseuse there, I only see her - she provides an excellent deep tissue therapeutic massage… I think she’s Korean.

Wellness is legit. Cosmos gives a pretty good massage overall. And there’s probably a dozen legit places that have licensed therapists.

Coco at Nice Day Spa in Middletown. Cute but don't expect extras.

If you dont mind a short drive to Chester, try Go Relax Day Spa. They have groupons but its the same price for cash

Spent 20 minutes just walking on my back, pushing in with the ball of her foot and toes in the right spots, I almost had to tell her to stop once or twice, she walked from my neck to my ass. God I feel limber
