Oh it is just for a couple weeks and it does nothing for me as far as wanting to take it.
So why take it - pain meds?
It’s exactly the innocuous beginnings that make it do insidious. It seems minor, but it grows on you.
Anyway… just saying, but it’s obviously not my business.

For the pain until surgery. It doesn't get you high like Vicodin or OC does. It is not recreational worthy at all.

FYI, tramadol is not an opiode. It operates on the CNS, but its pathway is not understood. Or at least that was the case 10 years ago when I fucked up my neck and researched it. Don't recall that as a side effect, though.

My friend had back surgery and used tramadol to get off the real stuff...

Yes, it is, look it up.
Wikipedia: ‘Tramadol, sold under the brand name Ultram among others, is an opioid pain medication and a serotonin–norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor(SNRI) used to treat moderately severe pain.’

Tramadol is a controlled substance, a narcotic, and does indeed get you high. It has a street value, although it was marketed as a less-addictive alternative to oxycodon, etc.

It’s been widely prescribed for back pain, post-op, etc, but much less so now that we know how addictive these meds are.

Opioids often have subtle effects for first time users, but the pleasant sensations (for most) grow on you quickly.
I’m just saying: tramadol is not a mild, easy-to-kick substance. Treat it with extreme caution.

Huh, OK. They were not calling it an opioid back when I was taking it. I felt nothing from it. Not much pain relief either, for that matter. I do remember finding out at the time that UK doctors were very reluctant to prescribe it.

So I decided to try Hims. Maybe you've seen the ads in the subway and the Internet. I was looking for endurance, just wanting to last longer. So the site recommended Sildenafil Citrate. It says that the FDA hasn't approved for what I want to use it for, it will help you go a second time faster and you're supposed to take it 30minutes before sex.. So what I do now is that I take it when I'm downstairs of the building it place of recreation , right before going in. So the first one is on me and the second one is the pill. Still not what I'm looking for. Last time I took it it gave me a headache, but it could've been the hang over.
It does give me very strong erections though.

That's Viagra's generic name.

As someone mentioned, you want dapoxetine (brand name Priligy).

It's a short acting SSRI developed specifically for PE, but it's not approved in the US, so you have to get it from a mail order pharmacy overseas.

There is no one set medication or supplement for anything, each person.s body reacts to drugs differently.
I used to take horney goat weed years ago until.my body fot used to it and it stopped working . The SSRI Zoloft never worked, in fact it gave me stomach aches.
Best thing is to work with your doc to find the right thing for you.
I know it will be difficult for me, my doc shakes her head on disbelief when it comes to prescriptions, she knows coffee makes me drowsy, sleeping pills make me hyper, and OxyCotin does not work for me.... and codeine is pretty much a over the Counter drug to me

I tried hims too Viagra was hit or miss, just switched to generic Cialis and was impressed that it stayed in my system for 2 days and was able to get really hard 2 days after taking it. I did not get the quick effect like viagra when it did work for me but I guess taking the Cialis in advance maybe the night before might be a good option.

a few hacks... (aside from just doing the work to raise your testosterone / libido through more thorough lifestyle overhall...)

red light therapy (near infrared light) .... it definitely works: procure a decent near-infrared light panel, expose your balls to it, for 10-20min /day

PT-141 (peptide)... Ive had various results with this... when its working well... its like legal drugs, it heightens sexual experience and performance.

also, grass fed steak day before. works well... also oysters day of, few hours or right before.
