I think most of the latinas are out of queens.
”OUT of Queens?”

I think you mean IN Queens?

That said, I wonder if there's a secret, UNDERGROUND system in place for those “vatos” in the know, who more than likely wouldn’t be MEMBERS of a site like this.

My understanding is that YEARS ago, a man could walk down Roosevelt Ave. and get multiple cards for various “CDPs,” but I think the “5-O” put the “clampdown” on that type of activity. :(

Yeah. My grammar was off haha.

I heard that there are some latina parlors that don't accept new customers and only accept those that current members introduce or previous customers that had their numbers saved by the mamasan.

LMP in a very loose sense certainly exist. However, most do not advertise on the web. They instead use "tarjeteros" (trusted men who hand out cards) in mostly Latino neighborhoods. While Queens is the haven, they are known to also exist throughout NJ. I recall a spot on Front St in Plainfield with one such place ( years ago). They were so popular, non-latinos were welcome. Diversity and Inclusion at it's very best. .3 for CFS was the norm in the early 2000s. Latinas from every country worked there.

There used to be one on east 50th street. Don't know what name they went by, but visited them multiple times in the past. Mostly hit or miss. Tried calling them last month. Probably went out of business. Someone else picked up the phone.
