Dr Rylie. Have visited her in Burlington County or north Camden County. Residential location twice and suite facility once. She’s very nice and clean. Shower usually available, which is usually required. Massage of just the lower back down through the legs, front and back. No FS and no mutual touch. Very thorough, cleansing treatment. I had some anxiety issues (most self induced) that this helped with.

So I’m thinking she’s not really certified but she’s got some experience. We went through guided breathes and worked on edging. She offered some guidance that I brought home and utilized at the time for reinforcement. My visits with her were far apart (proximity is far) but I took the guidance and tried to practice at home. I made some improvements with my life and health at the same time and things improved - maybe the combination is what improved things. I see some reviews on here for Rylie - some not so nice - but to each his own. I went into it with realistic expectations, relaxed, followed the guidance and was rewarded. My understanding is the price increased somewhat, so that needs to be taken into account. Being unrealistic with expectation and paying $$$$ for some equals more stress which can ruin the experience and counteract what you’re trying to achieve.

For me - Stress, weight, and drinking. Sometimes in that order and sometimes in another order.

For me its weight, diabetes, and a number of other meds. Getting my self healthier so have seen some improvement but I will still take the help for now.

goodmeds.com .... they'll get you a scrip for a generic. $50 for the scip and $10 for 15 20 MG pills. Had done this previously with Roman and Ziphealth. Ziphealth was a placebo i think. Just picked up my supply at CVS and at a bar waiting for my SB. Dropped 20 MG and it is hitting harder than 40 MG from ziphealth. Poor girl.

Blood Pressure Meds can cause it to a degree. Go to a real urologist and get a full check up. It can be something as small as a change of BP Meds.

I know it is typically mentioned, but stress can play a role in it. If you are going through a highly stressful experience, it can strike.
