Best Discrete Public Hook Up Spots Yonkers or Manhattan?

Have a friend who wants to try hooking up in a public spot but obv do not want to get in trouble with the authorities! She lives in Yonkers but would do city as well. Thanks in advance for any reccomendations and feedback!

Last year Manhattan was a ghost town and you could have done it just about anywhere you wanted. It's back to normal pretty much now. Most parks are open until Midnight.

Im probably the very few who liked the ghost town NYC because i felt theres a less chance of authorities busting me,

Im my humble opinion i dont think your friends need to worry about any trouble with le.

Given the climate of shenanigans nowadays, at worst theyll tell them to move it elsewhere. Ive seen guys publicly rubbing one out on busy street corners more then a handful of times this year and people have just walked around them like its common practice.

Any park bench should suffice and if they want a view, sit on one by the rivers and enjoy! Grass patches and a picnic blanket works. Seen a fair share of those in central park.

All seems to be game on the subway. Other passengers will probably move and let them have the car to themselves. Probably more grateful youre not setting it on fire.
