I’m not aware of any open 24 hrs but Sabaka’s “your imagination and some lubrication” is the best answer, and the laughs That come with it are free.

I have not been there myself, but I've heard that Saigon on 10th St is open 24 hours. My information is second hand, hopefully somebody who knows for sure will chime in.

Bangkok opens until 3-4am? At least they used to...not sure if they're even open anymore since its been a while since I patronized that place and haven't seen any recent reviews posted.
