Why cant you use lear? Bdj is a shitty agency. They should take references from agencies.

I tried to use BDJ as ref with one of the local agencies and without even hesitating that agency said they couldn't accept BDJ as a reference. They didnt say why. They just asked if I had any other reference I ended up giving them a UTR place by me and they accepted that no problem with out knowing who they were.
