No I'm not missing the point. The AMPs are nowhere near full like they used to be. The top girl is going to still get a lot of business but since 3 rooms are booked instead of 5 or 6, the other ones will leave. I never said the top ones would not be booked... although even they are not booked as much as they were in September.
Curious about evidence of AMP traffic, top girls and otherwise, being down last 6 months, year or whatever. Not arguing or challenging what you say - one thing I know is that I don't know - but interested in intel from girls' comments, MMS comments, guy's experience.with booking getting easier, etc. I haven't been active, so I have the before perspective but not the after
Reminds me off a situation when in the Marines. A fellow soldier fell in love with getting so much pussy in the Philippines. Fucked like rabbits- we nicknamed them LBFM’s- Little Brown fucking machine. He ended up marrying one of them right before our return to the United States. Before the U.S. Government will let you bring back a wife you married overseas, NIS- ( Naval Investigation Service) is required to do a background check on your significant other. While he was waiting in the U.S for his wife to join him, he was sending her half his paycheck for 6 months. Finally he gets the NIS report- she was married to 2 other guys.
IMO, I think it is just the case of supply and demand. In the 3 Covid years, there are alot of restriction in movement so the girls who are here can charge more. Places like WSD/PP and DDY which used to have alot of C girls start replacing them with J girls in their lineup raising the price for everybody else. Not to mention other places like XOXO and 10ten which has mostly J girls charges a premium too. KKP is a nice location, but they only have 3 girls. I don't know about Cream Dream and New Rainbow, but I am might visit those places soon.
I doubt that real estate prices has to do with this as many companies are downsizing and there's plenty of real estate available. The problem is that many of these amp places gets you in trouble with the buildings dept because they are illegal construction. Nowadays, not alot of landlords want to go thru the headache of renting like this especially with last year's 'plumbing problems.'
Believe it or not, that problem will soon dissipate short term. Currently NYC has several million sq feet of unoccupied real estate. With 68% of commercial leases expiring, in the next 1-2 years. NYC's answer is (a) they are going to legalize casino gambling, (b) issue licenses for legalized prostitution, and (c) invoke the J 51 conversion city wide, which entitles corporate real estate to convert into residential occupancy. That means showers become legal, no more building department department problems. All this is stirring in the pot now. This will make it way easier to conduct business and hopefully, and I use the word hopefully with cautious optimism, our cost of engagement will come back down.
Lastly, there is a recession looming, the smart money says this is not going to be a soft landing. Lurking in the background is a multi trillion dollar nationwide default of commercial real estate. Nationwide commercial office occupancy is at 38% of pre pandemic levels. More bank problems.. all this leads to a sharp drop in monger prices. On the flip, once they all sitting around with no clients, they will close, split to other cities leaving us fewer choices with possibly even higher rates. Lets cross our fingers. For the short term, prices should come down, over the longer term, things might look very different, and not in a good way.

Where her new friends will tell her that she should dump that "boring" middle class guy, take half his money, and date a bouncer from the local night club.
