Apartment cosign for RA

Timing doesn't sound right. I checked and he posted this Oct 28th - 2 weeks ago. Typically you have to book apartments book at least 1-2 months out, at least the good ones. Ai likely moved in a week or so ago so (just guessing). Also Ai's number is the old Lovely Angels number so seems more likely tied to a different org/owner
I did something similar for an organization a long time ago. Signed a few leases for $1000 per month each. Worked out okay until one of the units got busted. The local LE and apartment management company weren't that bad to deal with (I said I signed the lease and didn't need it anymore so I subleased it to someone I met at a bar LOL). In the end, the group ghosted on me after the bust and I got stuck paying the rent for the remainder of the leases. Still did okay financially but it wasn't worth it. That was many years ago when I was young and single. Would never do it now - also, these days, 'trafficking' is considered to be more of an issue and it's more likely the Feds be involved, which makes things muuuch more difficult if you end up getting caught.
Taking from experience. Don't do it. If you wish to know details. Feel free to message me. I can't speak for every girl but a good portion of them at specific orgs are stuck in a similar lifestyle that will only cause you unecessary stress and problems. Listen to everyone in this thread and run away from any form of commitment. All the workers are humans but also have a side that is quite disturbing and very few men are able to be patient for any form of change towards a normal agreement, relationship, or whatever you want to call it.
