An RA I have seen regularly wants go independent and asked if I could cosign a SJ apartment for her. She offered a standard fee of $800-$1000 per month. I'm very tempted but goddam it seems very risky on many levels. While the extra income would certainly help fund this hobby, I'm hoping to get special privileges or preferential treatment. Don't do it, think with your bigger head. The consequences are unrepairable if shit were to go downhill and could potentially ruin your life. No whore's pussy is worth risking your legal identity and financial status. you won't get special privileges, you won't get PSE and you are basically getting a return for 3 (if at that) sessions a month. If shit hits the fan she can run without any footprint but your name is on the lease so who's the one who'll get screwed over...you will. Stick to paying for a visit, not worth going beyond that.

No. It’s more than just the financial liability. If she gets busted and LE look at the lease you are part of the business and will likely get arrested as an owner/pimp. Definitely not worth it.
America is sadly so sexually deprived. Sex is not a problem in Asia at all. There are 300M-600M women in each of Asian countries and all kinds of "massage" parlors are basically everywhere. Even in workforce, a lot of females compete with their bodies voluntarily and happily.
