if you have a street address you can convert it to street/avenue. 58 and 11 is midtown west. but that is a kind of empty area. 11 ave is very close to 8th ave, a 10 minute walk. So if you are looking for stuff I would focus on 58/ and 6,7,8 ave. Columbus Circle area.

Not sure why you guys are giving OG a hard time. He has been a member on here longer than any one of the guys that responded. And before that he was a well respected member of Spa Hunters for many years

When you big city boys venture to NEPA or Lehigh Valley the guys over here are always willing to help out.

Before I got to review anything I just looked at the first three pages of reviews and saw repeated spots, looked up the site and found the number. Now if he was looking for some sort of niche spot, then yeah asking around isn't so far fetched. Best bet right at that corner/intersection is probably an 0utcall.
OP - not sure how far you want to travel...but as @rongetcha mentioned you are very close to many places. Times Square Spa (fka Asian Model Spa fka GFE All Stars) is one such place, but you will need to venture out further than your intended location.
There isn’t really anything within a mile. Lear has a place a few blocks east and 10 or so blocks south. Next would be Grace, Asian Model Spa (not recommended), A-Zen (not FS or young) in the diamond district. NYAW would be the easiest for you to get to, hop on the bus that goes crosstown and get off on the east side. Asian Lassies is near Port Authority. After that you have places like KissKissPop and Private Hottie further south. There are other smaller places in the diamond district I am not mentioning but are there too.
Depending on what time of day you are thinking of going, you can get free street parking (after 7pm mostly) at the above places. Just don’t read the parking signs wrong, read it top down and it will make sense. Don’t ever park on the streets the three places in the diamond district is on.
