Alyssa is great, but if you're looking for any kind of plump ass, she's not your girl...she's tiny in stature, but extremely skinny with no ass at all. Aya or Azu would be your best bet, when they're both back in town.

Lucy is the shortest and most petite that I have seen. Barby was also mentioned, she is short but Lucy is definitely shorter as far as I recall.

I think Barbie is shorter than Lucy, but Lucy, Cherry and Barbie are all very close to being the shortest girl at NYAF/SG.

Lucy is a must see if you like short, tiny spinners. One of my favorites. Saw her twice but haven't repeated recently cause I don't get into the city often, and I usually want to try someone new when I do.

Only girls in NYC I've repeated with are Lucy, Hara, Arie, and Yuri. Oh, and Marianna the Muse (currently Anastasia Z at Lear) way back, before I started exploring the AMPs of the city.
