I’ve got a friend near Maplewood who swears he never goes near mp’s. He’s married and works from home and is obsessed with masks and locking down but he does “take rides”He’s tested positive mysteriously

Place your bets!

Anyone hear anything about a COVID problem within “riding distance” from Maplewood?

thanks

this is everywhere... making the connection to an AMP is sort of fruitless. I caught this virus late spring, was out no where except supermarkets and liquor stores. Who knows

I know it’s a long shot but something about the way he denies MP’s hit my radar. Believe me he should be on a public service announcement because of the way he obsesses about locking

it’s just a hunch

Thanks

Those not going out are protecting themselves and their families from Covid. I’ve also read they are more susceptible to other illnesses.
Just an opinion - You can still go out and be careful when out. I do not think staying locked down in your house is healthy. I know many people that have chosen to rarely move from their house, including my cousin, who have gained weight, or are drinking more than they should. My neighbors only trip out of the house is to the liquor store. He jokes about it. He looks like crap.

You gotta live. Just be smart. Wear a mask when out and about and don’t breach security.

Alcohol consumption is way up. Look around your neighborhoods. When at work in the office there is no alcohol. Working at home is a different story. Used to have to wait till after work for a drink. Ever wonder why you can’t get ahold of some of your colleagues during the day? It’s not cause they are in meetings. You are in the meeting waiting for them to join.

there is a Buy Rite near me that I've gone to for a long time and gotten to know the owners daughter, we were just chatting about this one day and she told me 2020 was an increase of just over 1200% year over year. She said it's just steady all day long, and what she noticed was different was how busy when they open, use to be one or two stragglers first thing but since this started it's a rush for about the first hour, every day. I imagine it's like that all over...

Just one of the many negative consequences (suicides, depression, delayed cancer screenings, the list goes on and on) that go largely unaddressed in the battle against covid.
