Saw an ad on cityxguide about a place in the NE. Called the number 267-227-4567 and they gave me an address 1931 Cottman Ave. I checked out the location on Google maps and it's an old bank. They said text when I get to that location and they'll show me to an apartment.

Seems sketchy. Just wondering if anyone tried this place out or could vouch for it.

It's actually across the street at 1932 second floor. If you give them your number they will text you non-stop. I went back in September when it was super hot-windows closed, no air. It just wasn't that clean in my opinion. It is F/S and I think they rotate the girls often. Mine was cute and young but being sweaty and hot I couldn't get past if my sheets were clean or used.
