For Asian girls, you need to be respectful and kind. You also need to gain their friendship and trust first and then they may be willing to go on their day off. It's not always about money. For legit or HE AMPS, the house keeps about 60% of the house fee. Offer the money $24/hour (Flushing rates) to take the girl out. The boss will no longer care. If the girl is in to you, she will not look for compensation to go out. Then pay for a session after the date and all is good.

1) Overtime price: Prob is that in AMP they can make money one after the other during the 8-hour shift, they cannot skip the whole day at AMP to come to you so matching time is a problem. Plus the time outside amp is crammed with personal things, especially kids.

2) No supervision: The other is that in AMP there is competition and supervision so they give the best service and you can talk to the manager.

3)No competition: If you call them outside they have no one to answer you and they will have no competition anxiety. The same is when I go to an AMP where I have just one to choose from vs where I see 2-3 and choose one.
