Anyone catch covid?

Do you need a doctor's note to get tested? Or can you just stroll up to any testing site?
I usually go to those urgent care clinics, like City MD. They all do walk in covid testing. They also do rapid testing which takes like 15-30 mins for the results. But it’s 80% effective

This is the easiest way to get one. You either pay out of pocket or provide insurance. There's another option where you provide your SSN or driver's license.

rite aid does drive thru with appointment, no doctors note needed. Also CityMD allows walk ins without note, if u are near one
I've done the drive-thru test at Rite Aid every time. Set up an appt online with no doc note or even insurance info, then just drive up. Most times I get the results via email the next day or two.

How much does a test cost without insurance? Is it an antibody test or a PCR test? I did have one day of fever more than a month ago for no apparent reason but went away the next day so I don't think it was Covid, but I don't mind to get tested anyway if it doesn't cost hundreds.
