You mean from WS's listings? They're generally East Europeans and offer poor service. Primary advantage being that you get similar service but half the price of PD indies.
If you're serious about white girls and care about her service and attitude I recommend doubling your budget and hunt for reviews. Asking around is not going to get you reliable answers. If she's that good, there would be plenty of reviews around.
If you're strictly a face and body guy then you have a lot more options. Either way prob not the most optimal way to get into the hobby. That being said, my own 2nd-4th provider experiences were with white girls. Two gave basically zero service and were deadfishes, the only plus side is they were 100% photo accurate. The decent one whom I repeated with had gone fully jaded since. She was a B&S at first but looked decent enough.

Yep, the C-orgs like WS shuffle their line up rapidly. You have to be willing to a) gamble yourself b) when credible positive reviews do roll in, you have to act fast, like within a few days.
As an example, WS recently had two decent Colombian girls in their 20's (one was fair skinned) at the $140/hhr mark. Basic service, but close to their pictures and a bargain at that price point. Mongers posted several credible reviews on 141. But as of yesterday when I texted the PO to repeat, they are already gone. Poof.
If you really want to have a higher end white girl experience, Privatedelights is probably going to be your best bet. But like Sexyloser said above, take whatever you might spend at a C-org or K-org and double or triple it. It's also much harder to find reliable reviews on white girls.
