Building a rapport may help, but these girls are all about the money. Sure you have plenty of R&T places that don’t ask for the tip, bit the places that offer more always ask how much will you tip. I think the best course of action is to let know upfront what you want, and to get the first pop right away. Because they will most likely want both pops within the hour. Time is money.

In my experience it was truly a YMMV thing. I've had 3 girls in various AMPs that would let me do 2 pops at standard rate. Usually first one either at TS or right after a shower, then the massage, then 2nd pop. You have to spend time/money to cultivate these relationships. Once they become comfortable with you, a lot is possible.
