Which RMP offers HE? I’ve been to River City Salon, Always Perfect and Sunrise Service and have gotten nothing. Is there someone I should ask for when I go there or is there another place I should go check out?

Dang, Sorry Joe. Might want to review your technique. All three of those are winners. The Euro woman is picky though. I had a lengthy regular a few years ago (now out of the biz) and she talked about guys coming in and being disrespectful and they step back from that. They very much like to control the situation. At least that is my experience and her words.
