My experience with 2 attendants is to call ahead and go early. i also usually prepare for two girls in case they are free, never hurts to ask. I actually tipped a girl to just watch once. She ended up joining in.

Guess I am just a little off. But then again whoever is reading this is also slightly off center and I appreciate you.
