I walked into the Health Spa by the train on Fulton and was going to try my luck, and this mf had on an ankle monitor. I’m here like wtf is going on here. So I decided to exit and not return. Anyone else have this type of situation? Idk if I felt like trying my luck today and decided ill monger another day.

You mean the girl had an ankle monitor? Yes have seen that. Girl was arrested in Massachusetts, and they thought she was going to get back down to Flushing, access cash and a passport from a safe deposit box then flee the country. At least that's how they convinced a judge to order an ankle monitor until trial. It's been years now and still no trial. I think LE uses it to monitor her travel.
