Just a thought- I find the negative reviews & accompanying horror stories in reviews here to be extremely helpful. At least four times, I was saved from visiting an otherwise interesting-sounding joint and wasting time/money by first reading reviews here. With YMMV skepticism always in mind, I find a propensity of negativity here to usually be accurate in the rare instance when I decide "well, that won't happen to me." Concerning positive reviews which compel me to sample various joints, I have a mixed record which again invokes "YMMV" and causes self-reflection "was it me? was it her? was it the phase of the moon?"
In short, I think the negative reviews here are more valuable than the positive ones in helping me conserve time/money. Any thoughts?

I find both positive and negative to be helpful. If the poster is clear on their preferences and describes the therapist and the session accurately, it gives us the opportunity to judge how it might be if we visit.

I've had positive experiences with therapists that were negatively reviewed. I've heard guys rave about therapist that just didn't do it for me. I find that mostly boils down to personal chemistry. If the therapist and patron connect well together, it is a great day.
