AMP’s having different rates not related to menu

So I know most AMP’s can have different rate structure based on menu. But don’t think I’ve heard of a different rate based on what part of the world your from.

Texting with a MMS who gave me a rate on a Taiwanese girl then a totally different rate for a Japanese girl. Granted the Japanese girl was young, but has anyone heard of this within the same agency?
