AGENCY DEMANDS TIPS FOR GIRLS UNDER THREAT OF BLACKLIST - HUH?

What are your thoughts on this? So, an Agency that posts heavily on another board wrote this diatribe about guys who don't tip being assholes. Here is an excerpt from the "War and Peace" length attack:

"I feel girls $$$ and under that especially work with an agency should always be tipped for good service as you are expecting the same standards as their more expensive counterparts and the only solution to guys not tipping appropriately (and this is a service industry) is to raise donations.

Now what's the point of this thread?
To inform the best ways to gift and tip give from even the smallest gesture to the biggest. Also, how not to come off as a cheap asshole and or get banned or even an alert and blacklist."

So, this Agency undercuts most independents on price. But, then basically demands that you tip her girls under threat of being outed on that particular board on an ALERT or BLACKLIST (method of shaming you on that Board). What is the purpose of using THAT agency, then, if at the end of the day you are going to be forced to pay almost the same amount that you would pay an independent? I have to note that only that ONE AGENCY that dominates that BOARD raised the issue and no other agencies joined in.

So, what are your thoughts on having to tip as opposed to tipping when you want to?

I never tip. Idgaf what any agency has to say about it. And if it's the agency that there is a thread about. Doesnt surprise me.

I tip service industry workers who make less than minimum wage or just above and rely on tips. Not pros that earn very well and well above 100k.

If the agency wants the workers to be better paid raise the rate or take less of a cut for scheduling.

I agree that the agency should just raise their rates. But, they’d rather shame guys into paying more so they don’t have to reduce their share. Makes me wonder what the split is between the agency and their women. Leads one to believe they are giving them very little. Thus, hoping us guys pay in tips what they should be giving the women out of their fee.

"Giving people advice how not to get banned or come off as an asshole is actually very helpful. Many guys actually never think of these things till I post them and they have thanked me tremendously. I'm actually pretty successful..."

This Agency owner also had the audacity to post a thread setting forth her "Etiquette" expectations for all men. So, she first tells us what she expects from us and then that we MUST TIP her girls.

What am I missing here? Are we not the clients? I wonder if she'd change her tune if everyone just stayed away from her business for a month or so and patronized the other more appreciative agencies out there.

Now imagine if you were screened so she has a bunch of your personal information and holds that hostage. Screening with RWI never made sense to me unless she gives you her info as well. It’s too one sided and risky for the hobbyists.

I just dont deal with agencies whose owners or managers act like dumbasses and know it alls .

Yes of course its her. I rarely participate in discussions there because of her holier than thou attitude, she has to comment on every post like she is the site editor. i would NEVER use her agency. There are plenty of others that might cost a little more but you don't get shamed into giving tips and they don't ask for RWI...references are good enough.

Same. I used to be quite active there and BGFE back in the day. Then between her and Emma (on BGFE), the drama was just too much. Each of them love to inject themselves into almost every discussion, and kiss up to the admins. It's a lot less stressful being a lurker.
